1. Business identity

SVT Rice Mall trades as H K Traders, a proprietorship registered in Davanagere, Karnataka. GSTIN 29AKCPT0378E2ZZ. Business type: rice merchant and commission agent.

2. Wholesale only

All sales are wholesale and commission-agent transactions. There is no retail counter and no retail quantities are sold. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) are listed on the Wholesale page and confirmed per order.

3. Rates and availability

Rates move with paddy arrivals, variety, grade, and lot size. Rates quoted on WhatsApp are valid for the lot and timeframe specified in that message. Stock availability is confirmed per enquiry.

4. Orders and confirmation

An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it on WhatsApp or in writing with the agreed rate, quantity, packaging, dispatch window, and payment terms. Verbal or informal enquiries do not constitute an order.

5. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed per order. First orders typically run on advance or partial-advance terms. Accepted modes: bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) and UPI for smaller lots. Cash on delivery is not available for outstation orders.

6. Dispatch and delivery

Standard dispatch window is 24–48 hours from confirmed order, subject to stock and transport availability. Delivery is within Davanagere and nearby districts unless otherwise agreed. Outstation orders move ex-yard or via the buyer's transporter.

7. Grading and weight

Each lot is dispatched with a documented grade, moisture note, and weighbridge slip. Weight is measured at the yard weighbridge and is final.

8. Returns and disputes

Grade or weight disputes must be raised within 48 hours of receipt, with the weighbridge slip and photographic evidence. Disputes are resolved on the next lot or via credit note at our discretion.

9. Invoicing

All dispatches carry a GST tax invoice with HSN 1006 and CGST / SGST split. Buyers must provide accurate GSTIN details for input credit.

10. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from market price movements, transport delays, or third-party actions.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Davanagere, Karnataka.
